Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to TI leaders on worldwide commercial engagements in a global, fast-moving environment.
  • •Support complex commercial contracts including IP, open-source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity.
  • •Manage an assigned portfolio and independently drive matters to completion using strong business judgment.
  • •Define success for each project, align with stakeholders, and track whether outcomes are achieved.
  • •Help modernize contracting by creating reusable modular contract structures and legal frameworks, and modernize operations through standardization, automation, and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be, or be eligible to become, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • •Minimum of five years of experience practicing transactional (preferred) and/or litigation related work at a top law firm, corporate law department, or equivalent experience (ideally international context).
  • •Strong advocacy, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to balance detail-orientation and strategic thinking.
  • •Ability to manage multiple issues/projects at the same time; project management experience.
