Job Summary

Advise leaders across TI on complex commercial contracts in a fast-moving, global environment for a worldwide commercial engagements team. Partner with an experienced, collaborative Dallas-based legal group to support intellectual property, open-source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity. Help modernize contracting through reusable modular contract structures and drive standardization, automation, and AI, delivering data-driven counsel grounded in deal history and market norms.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to TI leaders on worldwide commercial engagements in a global, fast-moving environment.
•Support complex commercial contracts including IP, open-source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity.
•Manage an assigned portfolio and independently drive matters to completion using strong business judgment.
•Define success for each project, align with stakeholders, and track whether outcomes are achieved.
•Help modernize contracting by creating reusable modular contract structures and legal frameworks, and modernize operations through standardization, automation, and AI.

Key Requirements

•Must be, or be eligible to become, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
•Minimum of five years of experience practicing transactional (preferred) and/or litigation related work at a top law firm, corporate law department, or equivalent experience (ideally international context).
•Strong advocacy, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
•Ability to balance detail-orientation and strategic thinking.
•Ability to manage multiple issues/projects at the same time; project management experience.
