Key Responsibilities

•Draft civil grading plans with guidance from engineering and design staff.
•Adhere to company and department design standards.
•Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to build an internal network of professionals.
•Perform 2D and 3D drafting to develop working and final drawings.
•Provide drafting support to less experienced staff.

Salary: USD 56,600 - 72,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree from an accredited community college or technical institution in computer-aided design or equivalent.
•Minimum 3+ years of relevant post-education experience in Civil Design.
•Proficiency in three-dimensional modeling, especially using Autodesk Civil 3D 2023 or newer with AutoCAD workflows.
•Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
•Interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with others and working both independently and in a team.
