Key Responsibilities

  • •Own identity and access administration including Okta/Google Workspace, group-based authorization, 1Password Enterprise, passkeys, and automation-driven provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • •Own and extend internal automation and notification services running on scoped service accounts with appropriate security hygiene.
  • •Own the endpoint fleet via mobile device management, including device trust posture checks and endpoint detection and response tooling.
  • •Run hardware logistics end to end, including procurement, international shipping through a managed provider, inventory buffer management, and returns/recycling.
  • •Own vendor management (SaaS service catalog, owners/renewal dates, purchase request intake) and help collect audit evidence while designing controls.
