Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Supervisor with coordination of daily departmental responsibilities and ensure instructions are carried out timely and correctly.
  • •Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and notify the Supervisor of maintenance needs.
  • •Assist with day-to-day debone operations, including monitoring shoulder cuts, mechanical issues, and meat supply.
  • •Ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met in the area.
  • •Relieve line personnel, fill in for absences, perform wash down at breaks, maintain housekeeping, and cover for the Supervisor when needed.
