Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise security operations, colleagues, facilities, equipment, and resources to ensure effective service delivery.
  • •Maintain security standards and compliance with SIA requirements and Joint Service Publication (JSP) 440 regulations.
  • •Manage shift staffing levels, including arranging cover for planned and unplanned absences.
  • •Oversee access control for vehicles, visitors, contractors, military personnel, and employees entering and leaving the site.
  • •Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and hours worked, and respond to emergencies when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid SIA licence for manned guarding.
  • •Have security experience gained within industry or the Armed Forces.

  • •Hold a current driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
  • •Demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
