Job Summary

Design, develop, and support Oracle Cloud HCM reporting and analytics solutions that turn HR data into dashboards, reports, scorecards, and workforce insights. Use Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and advanced SQL to deliver scheduled and ad hoc reporting. Build scalable datasets and models, ensure reporting accuracy with validation and governance, and collaborate with HR, HRIS, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
•Develop recurring, scheduled, and ad hoc reports to support HR operations and executive decision-making, including datasets, subject areas, and reporting models.
•Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze HR data; design scalable datasets and data models for reporting.
•Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, trend analysis, and KPIs, and automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency.
•Manage reporting security and role-based permissions; perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and support testing for Oracle Cloud releases and reporting enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience developing HR reporting and analytics solutions.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
•5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
