Job Summary

Lead relationships with local live-streaming agencies, MCNs, and organizations for TikTok LIVE. Drive cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem, and help shape LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools, and agency terms. Manage and guide the existing agency portfolio around training and shared operational services, and provide strategic guidance to improve content vertical quality and variety. Partner closely with global teams to ensure a fun, safe creator experience.

•Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training, and shared operational services
•Provide strategic guidance to agencies on content vertical variety and quality

Key Requirements
