Job Summary

Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board, driving how manufacturing jobs are matched to partners and how partners browse, evaluate, accept/decline, bid, and give feedback. Lead the evolution of matching and recommendation logic and priority scheduling, manage the acceptance funnel, and define KPIs for marketplace health (e.g., sourcing margin, time to take, partner liquidity). Partner closely with Machine Learning and Pricing teams while mentoring PMs.

•Own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board, aligning matching and marketplace liquidity with margin and growth objectives.
•Design and evolve the matching and recommendation engine and the priority-scheduling logic that determines partner visibility to offers.
•Own the job acceptance funnel end to end, improving partner viewing and acceptance through discovery, evaluation, and feedback loops.
•Partner with Pricing and Machine Learning teams to influence dynamic pricing and matching strategy; shape model and pricing direction.
•Establish and monitor KPIs for marketplace health and run experiments and rollouts to improve time-to-take, liquidity, and match quality.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 207,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive product management experience with a strong track record in marketplaces, matching, recommendation systems, or marketplace optimization.
•Direct experience building or optimizing two-sided marketplace mechanics such as supply-demand matching, liquidity, ranking, or recommendation systems.
•Experience shipping complex, high-scale features in operational, marketplace, or B2B environments with measurable business impact.
•Expert analytical and quantitative skills to reason about algorithmic systems and interpret behavioral and financial data.
•Ability to partner credibly with Machine Learning and Pricing teams to influence and direct model and pricing logic without owning them.
