Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

Own and scale the technical recruiting function during a pivotal growth period. Set the strategy for attracting and hiring top engineering, infrastructure, AI, hardware, and product talent, while building and leading a team of recruiters and sourcers. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, drive recruiting performance using pipeline and forecasting metrics, and lead adoption of AI-enabled recruiting workflows and structured, inclusive interviewing practices.
