Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of RCM processes including EOB review, payment posting, correspondence review, bad debt, appeals, denial management and accounts receivable
  • •Interact with key stakeholders to resolve scope-wise problems with minimal supervision from leads
  • •Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes facilitated by our software products and the operational scope of work
  • •Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues and resolve issues across multiple projects in a timely manner
  • •Meet daily productivity targets with accuracy (90%+) and maintain strong communication and documentation throughout the process

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of industry experience in healthcare billing/RCM and experience in relevant billing functions
  • •Proficiency in Excel and typing speeds of at least 30 wpm with high accuracy
  • •Good English written and verbal communication and neutral accent
  • •Familiarity with Cerner applications or related healthcare software
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative abilities with the ability to adapt quickly to new technical environments
