Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the software design, architecture, delivery, and deployment for the program.
  • •Be accountable for delivery by managing scope, schedule, and risk, and raising issues early.
  • •Sit with customers and end users to gather requirements and translate them into design plans including UX direction.
  • •Drive the technical vision and coordinate across PM, SMEs, and the software team to define “done” and unblock delivery.
  • •Own the unclassified-to-secure delivery path, including data/schema contracts, transfer process, and secure-side smoke testing.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building and shipping production software, including end-to-end ownership as the senior technical voice for at least one system.
  • •Front-end and data visualization engineering (e.g., React/TypeScript or equivalent), with the ability to architect and build core surfaces.
  • •Ability to lead hands-on code while coordinating developers on the effort for a small team.
  • •Unclassified-to-secure delivery experience: building software in the open that runs unchanged in a government secure or air-gapped environment, including owning data and schema contracts; sensible CI/CD hygiene expected.
  • •US Citizenship Required and Active Secret Clearance.
