Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans, deliver updated cost plans at design milestones, and provide estimate and cost planning.
  • •Review and support design services and general contractors in developing cost estimates; reconcile changes and ensure accurate data.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management; manage post-contract cost variances and change of control processes.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, coordinate cost information for discussions, negotiate contractor/subcontractor pricing, and help ensure timely agreement of final accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, including procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
