Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases of assigned projects.
  • •Coordinate with District and public agencies to comply with off-site work and district requirements.
  • •Monitor and manage project budget and schedule, reporting status to upper management monthly.
  • •Oversee daily contractor activities, review submittals, and coordinate responses to inquiries and related documents.
  • •Administer provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District and manage project close-out activities.

Key Requirements
