Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop standard work documentation and maintain payroll and benefits processes and workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • •Audit and support payroll benefits processes and workflow, including tax withholding setup/changes, bonus-related tax entries, pay adjustments, and payroll preview review.
  • •Support compliance monitoring and issue tracking/resolution, with the ability to design solutions.
  • •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready payroll processing across the enterprise.
  • •Respond to employee payroll benefit inquiries and recognize process improvement opportunities, leading projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree; or 6 years of applicable relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •2+ years of experience with enterprise payroll software such as Workday, ADP EV5, and ADP Workforce Manager.
  • •Experience and knowledge of payroll best practices.
