Job Summary

Support the 24/7 Operations Control Centre by monitoring operational messages and assisting with irregular airport operations. Serve as a key point of contact between airports, the Operations Control Centre, Airport Ground Handling Agents, and Ground Operations Managers. Draft and send operational notifications to ground handling companies and hotel/transportation providers, follow up on service recovery in real time, and help with reporting and authorization of complimentary services.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide communication, follow-up, and assistance for irregular operations.
•Draft and send operational notifications to ground handling companies and hotel/transportation providers.

•Authorize complimentary services and support ground handlers for smooth operations.
•Monitor operational messages and complete reporting.

Key Requirements

•Active university/college full-time student status in Hungary.
•Ability to work 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, maximum 3-4 shifts/week.
•English proficiency.
•Problem-solving and organization skills.
•Knowledge of MS Office.
