Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve customers and offer advice on shoes, shoe care and accessories while maximizing sales and customer retention.
  • •Coordinate and manage bi-yearly sales events/projects, including preparation, communication, bookings, and sales follow-up.
  • •Manage stock and back-office operations including transaction sheets, daily banking/cash reconciliation, and weekly/monthly sales and store reporting.
  • •Run stock management activities including stocktakes twice a year, cycle counts biweekly, and maintaining stock records in Cegid.
  • •Supervise Factory Shop employees, train new staff, handle customer queries, and ensure GDPR compliance and appropriate security practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail experience at a managerial level.
  • •Exceptional customer service skills with excellent spoken communication.
  • •Organized and rigorous, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel); knowledge of Cegid is a plus.
  • •Experience in retail administration with basic CRM/database understanding.
