Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain customer, stakeholder, partner, and internal team relationships to achieve program results.
  • •Manage cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for the PTES program and worldwide delivery of an advanced military satellite communications ground system.
  • •Lead a 150+ equivalent personnel team and manage external suppliers, coordinating work across multiple U.S. locations.
  • •Lead Agile teams aligned to Integrated Master Schedule milestones and DevSecOps tempo to deliver mission-ready capability through CI/CD.
  • •Work with the government customer to execute scope and cost-to-schedule, manage program backlogs to achieve mission thread goals, and ensure cybersecurity requirements are met.
