Job Summary

Lead the Technology Procurement FP&A function within the Technology & Product FP&A group, partnering with Procurement, Technology, Controllership/Technical Accounting, Treasury, and project teams. Own procurement process review (PPR) analysis and allocations for large multi-year agreements, driving PPR pipeline and cash flow forecasting, financial modeling for business cases, and support for procure-to-pay finance teams and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Technology Procurement FP&A function and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Technology, Controllership/Technical Accounting, Treasury, and project workstreams.
•Own Procurement Process Review (PPR) analysis and allocations for large and/or complex multi-year purchase agreements.
•Manage the PPR Pipeline, cash flow forecasting, and related presentations.
•Run ad-hoc trackers and approvals, including PRs/POs, and support financial modeling for vendor agreements in business cases.
•Support Procure-to-Pay finance/accounting teams and procurement/finance integration, separation, and transformation initiatives.
