Production Controller

Drive production efficiency by coordinating production planning and execution across work orders, move orders, and detailed plans for test and assembly areas. Lead cell production meetings, manage material flow processes, and partner closely with Production, Material Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet delivery commitments, output targets, and operational goals. Identify deviations, support recovery plans, escalate risks around capacity and material constraints, and maintain discrete job records in the system.
