Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product planning, requirements analysis, and feature design for eDiscovery information systems, establishing product roadmaps.
  • •Design compliant data collection, preservation, analysis, and export processes for electronic discovery business scenarios.
  • •Optimize approval system architecture by designing multi-level approval workflows for permission control across business scenarios.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to deliver PRDs and prototypes for timely, high-quality feature delivery.
  • •Integrate eDiscovery systems with existing enterprise information systems and continuously optimize features based on user feedback while ensuring privacy/security compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Law, Information Management, or related fields (preferred).
  • •Fluency in written and spoken Chinese to manage Greater China stakeholders.
  • •1+ year of experience in product design or project implementation for eDiscovery-related information systems.
  • •Experience designing approval systems, including workflow engines, permission management, and process automation.
  • •3+ years across product methodology and data security/privacy/compliance requirements, including requirements research, prototyping, and project management.
