Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, assess, report, and monitor technical defects to ensure AMP tasks are completed timely and aircraft are maintained within technical standards.
  • •Support engineering planning/development, STP, and QA teams in executing short-/long-term fleet maintenance plans and monitoring operations for safe release to service.
  • •Prioritize and manage work package allocation across corresponding teams, ensuring timely delivery and handover of tasks.
  • •Provide 24/7 technical guidance to line/base/outstations maintenance staff, MROs, and flight crews, ensuring conformity with GCAA/CAA regulations and approved standards.
  • •Maintain accurate recording and documentation of maintenance tasks (including radio communication), support audits, and deliver technical training/coaching for certifying engineers/instructors/technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical or equivalent; alternatively a diploma in the related field with relevant experience and exposure.
  • •8+ years’ engineering maintenance experience in the aviation industry, including 3 years in a Maintenance Control Center role, with at least 2 years leading a team.
  • •Type-rating maintenance releasing license for aircraft types; other aircraft types are a plus.
  • •AME Maintenance Engineer license member type from an ICAO state is an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of Civil Aviation Authorities (preferably GCAA) rules and regulations for engineering maintenance, plus familiarity with QA/safety/audit practices.
