Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support the delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program by providing day-to-day cost management to the client. Own budgets and cost plans across design and construction, producing estimates, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost risk assessments. Reconcile contractor and consultant submissions, lead change order management, validate quantities and payments, and identify cost-saving/value engineering opportunities while mentoring junior team members.
