Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as principal arbiter of LTAMDS systems requirements and design within the Office of the Chief Engineer.
  • •Coordinate across HW, SW, and test capabilities to ensure interface integrity and design cohesion, including platform/SoS integration.
  • • Mature concepts into optimal solutions and support system requirements verification (FCA/SVR) and product sell-off.
  • •Provide technical leadership and coordination with the Chief Engineer and capability thread leads for technical execution and integration.
  • •Oversee alignment between LTAMDS and Ghosteye across architecture, performance, and requirements; coordinate with Program Manager on budget and schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering.

  • •Ability to define clear, testable requirements or change requests and support requirements verification and system design compliance.
