Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee quality and workmanship for all construction activities across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
  • •Manage the project QA/QC documents, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site observations.
  • •Develop inspection/test standards and oversee testing methods to maintain required quality levels for all processes.
  • •Ensure QA/QC compliance by following approved method statements, ITPS, test plans, and drawings, including removing superseded documents from site.
  • •Prepare work inspection requests for each activity, inspect site items before consultant inspections, and raise NCRs for rejected materials while maintaining quality reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage and oversee quality and workmanship across construction activities, with knowledge of civil, architectural, and structural phases.
  • •Use quality systems and standards including ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO.
  • •Read and work from drawings, specifications, standards, and data sheets, and perform inspections and testing procedures.
  • •Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and Primavera, and ideally have SAP ERP functional skills.
  • •Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering and/or a professional qualification such as MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor / ASQC certifications related to ISO 9001.
