Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical intern and new graduate roles across the UK and Finland, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers.
  • •Embed DE&I principles across hiring stages by diversifying sourcing channels, reducing assessment bias, and building diverse interview panels.
  • •Design and run the European intern program framework, including onboarding, events, benefits coordination, performance review cycles, and intern support.
  • •Coach hiring managers and train interviewers on best practices for evaluating, onboarding, and mentoring early careers talent.
  • •Build university partnerships and strengthen employer branding while tracking pipeline metrics and improving hiring efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience delivering full-cycle technical recruitment in a fast-paced in-house tech environment or recruitment agency.
  • •Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines and engage university partners or run campus hiring initiatives.
  • •Strong project/program and stakeholder management skills, working autonomously to influence senior partners and align hiring strategies.
  • •Strong data-informed sourcing and comfort using pipeline metrics to guide decisions.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the flexibility to pivot quickly.
