Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the deployment and ongoing development of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM Unified service.
  • •Collaborate with external vendors, international partners, and third-party support teams on secure and efficient data transfers.
  • •Design, develop, and continuously improve incident and request management workflows across multiple programmes.
  • •Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to junior colleagues and internal and external users.
  • •Work closely with Siemens to deliver new capabilities and enhance the PLM service offering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 59,491

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter Unified PLM in complex enterprise environments, including supporting, developing, and optimising PLM solutions.
  • •Demonstrable experience working with Siemens and third-party vendors to deliver, support, and enhance PLM services.
  • •Strong analytical, methodical approach to diagnosing complex technical issues and driving them to resolution.
  • •Strong understanding of supporting IT infrastructure, system integrations, and dependencies in large-scale business-critical environments.
  • •Ability to provide support to colleagues and users across multiple programmes and PLM environments.
