Key Responsibilities

  • •Supports the development and execution of sourcing processes, tools, and training to drive sourcing best practices and consistency; mentors other associates.
  • •Develops sourcing initiatives through competitive marketplace, demand management, and supplier consolidation.
  • •Identifies and communicates cost drivers and trends to create procurement strategies across the category.
  • •Supports the sourcing cycle, including supplier identification and selection, price negotiation, contract negotiations, and executive shareholder engagements; participates in competitive pricing and bidding for multiple strategic sourcing needs.
  • •Works closely with 4 or more business units to understand their sourcing needs and assists with competitive bid processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and pipeline planning.

Salary: USD 86,100 - 141,450 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • •3+ years of experience in sourcing events across multiple categories (professional services, tech)
  • •Experience with customer requirements in the sourcing process and with senior management
  • •Experience with large service providers and contract management systems (preferred)
  • •Experience with competitive bidding (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs) and pipeline planning of strategic sourcing projects
