Key Responsibilities

•Supports the development and execution of sourcing processes, tools, and training to drive sourcing best practices and consistency; mentors other associates.
•Develops sourcing initiatives through competitive marketplace, demand management, and supplier consolidation.
•Identifies and communicates cost drivers and trends to create procurement strategies across the category.
•Supports the sourcing cycle, including supplier identification and selection, price negotiation, contract negotiations, and executive shareholder engagements; participates in competitive pricing and bidding for multiple strategic sourcing needs.
•Works closely with 4 or more business units to understand their sourcing needs and assists with competitive bid processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and pipeline planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,100 - 141,450 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
•3+ years of experience in sourcing events across multiple categories (professional services, tech)
•Experience with customer requirements in the sourcing process and with senior management
•Experience with large service providers and contract management systems (preferred)
•Experience with competitive bidding (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs) and pipeline planning of strategic sourcing projects
