Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall security department to ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue safety.
  • •Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • •Monitor and control access by authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others.
  • •Patrol the premises, operate detecting devices/searches, and prevent theft, violence, or prohibited items in restricted areas.
  • •Lead security staff by conducting meetings, scheduling assignments, investigating complaints, and recommending new operational policies and procedures.
