  • •Achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission standard through genuine connection and product education.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers, build client relationships daily, and resolve client needs quickly to maintain satisfaction.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and support store operations including sales-floor initiatives, shipment processing, replenishment, and front/back-of-house compliance with company procedures.
