Senior Media Buyer to own Pocket’s Google and YouTube advertising ecosystem. You will manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets, deeply analyze competition, test new angles, and shape search and video acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities

•Own and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with multi-million-dollar monthly budgets; continuously improve CAC/ROAS and overall profitability.
•Research competitor ads, landing pages, and offers to reverse-engineer success and beat market benchmarks.
•Build and execute a testing roadmap for YouTube creatives, Search copy, Performance Max structures, and landing pages.
•Mine search query reports daily to uncover new keyword opportunities and minimize wasted spend.
•Collaborate with the Creative Director to determine YouTube creatives and ad copy based on data insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 140,000 annually
