Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients proactively on the impact of laws and regulations on their operations and identify mitigations for sustainable solutions, while ensuring safety, quality and customer focus in daily work.
  • •Manage projects in terms of time, budget and quality, and coach interns/junior consultants to develop themselves.
  • •Lead multi-disciplinary environmental projects (e.g., due diligence, permitting, environmental impact assessments) for national and international clients.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for a diverse set of international industrial clients and provide advisory support across projects.
  • •Contribute to shaping the energy transition at national and international levels and further develop the Environmental team.

Key Requirements

  • •HBO or university degree in environmental management, bio-engineering, spatial planning or another technical environmental/chemical field (MSc/BSc preferred)
  • •3-5 years of demonstrable experience in environmental topics within consultancy or industry with solid knowledge of current environmental regulations
  • •enjoys working on projects and prepares proposals independently
  • •able to manage project teams autonomously with strong interpersonal skills
  • •familiar with Dutch environmental laws, due diligence, audits and permitting processes; able to work in a team within an international matrix organization; willing to travel within the Netherlands and holding a driving license; fluent in Dutch and English; client-focused
