Develop and deliver training programs for distribution center employees, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and certifications to perform roles effectively and safely. Support onboarding for new hires, run safety and compliance training, create role-specific instructional materials, and assess employee performance to identify additional training needs—improving operational efficiency, workplace safety, and employee growth and retention.
