Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program governance and controlling across all BMP-related initiatives, ensuring structured delivery aligned to the global BMP program.
  • •Maintain a comprehensive portfolio overview of BMP activities, tracking status, milestones, dependencies, and interdependencies for Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • •Establish and maintain standardized processes, tools, templates, and reporting to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.
  • •Support budget tracking and financial controlling, monitor spend vs. plan, and flag variances early.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; project/program management certification is preferred.
  • •8–10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including 4–6 years in project/program governance or controlling for transformation programs.
  • •Experience establishing and running program governance, portfolio reporting, and standardized project governance processes, tools, and templates across multiple workstreams or geographies.
  • •Strong budget tracking, financial controlling, KPI monitoring, and risk/issue management with transparent and timely escalation.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders across departments and coordinating external partners/vendors in international, matrixed environments.
