Job Summary

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Sales Associate by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model and supporting a positive team culture. Assist across store departments—including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations—to create a seamless shopping experience. Partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies, and act as a brand ambassador by sharing product collaborations and launch information while following Crocs policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
•Follow Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise to/from backroom and the sales floor using appropriate equipment.
•Ability to read and understand instructions and input information on computer/register screens.
