Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two main engineering rotations over the 2-year programme across different Engineering teams.
  • •Play a hands-on role in designing, improving, and running technologies, processes, and manufacturing environments.
  • •Contribute to strategic projects that address real business challenges and meaningfully support the engineering function.
  • •Learn from engineering experts and cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, KPIs, process capabilities, products, and customers.
  • •Build technical judgement through exposure to areas such as mechanical/chemical/reliability/process engineering, asset lifecycle and equipment availability, and process technologies/manufacturing systems/continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •On track for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering such as Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing, Digital, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • •Hands-on, lab-based learning and readiness to work on real customer innovation projects.
  • •Ambitious, open-minded, and keen to learn while contributing to engineering work.
  • •Fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Eligible to work permanently in Europe; open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
