Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation in the CMP & Wet module.
  • •Monitor and analyze related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address tool issues.
  • •Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
  • •Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to resolve issues efficiently.
  • •Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

Key Requirements
