  • •Lead strategic direction, feature design, user interaction, requirements, and roadmap for one or more HealthShare products and solutions.
  • •Act as product owner on an Agile development team, coordinating across software development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering.
  • •Engage with customers to translate processes and needs into product requirements and help customers maximize value.
  • •Represent the “voice of the customer” internally to guide product design and development.
  • •Partner on HealthShare product strategy and serve as an internal subject matter expert in healthcare, technology, and/or informatics domains.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of product management experience.
  • •Experience working with application design at an in-depth level in industry or with a healthcare organization.
  • •Proven success envisioning, designing, and bringing products to completion.
  • •Experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand and refine product needs throughout development.
  • •Experience with healthcare operations, information technology applications, data integration/interoperability, analytics, and healthcare standards/technologies (e.g., HL7 V2, CDA, FHIR, X12, IHE XDS, XCA, XDR, OMOP, OpenEHR).
