Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce cost estimating and planning, including final cost plans and presentations.
  • •Reconcile changes and support contractors to ensure cost data accuracy, including coordinating cost information from suppliers, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • •Interface with general contractors and client/project managers to gather status updates and prepare written cost reports.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost control, valuations, and post-contract cost variance analysis through change control, contingency/commitment tracking, and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
  • •5–7+ years of experience in construction cost management.
  • •Experience supporting medium to large-scale, complex construction projects, with data centers strongly preferred.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Working toward or holding RICS accreditation is preferred.
