Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, validate, and prioritize systemic customer pain using support data, customer conversations, escalations, telemetry, sentiment, and other signals.
  • •Develop a clear understanding of Design & Manufacturing customer workflows and validate customer pain directly with customers and relevant account/support partners.
  • •Build decision-ready Reliability Packages combining customer evidence, quantitative data, business impact, and strategic context.
  • •Develop and connect solution paths to Autodesk and Product strategic priorities, driving issues toward clear decisions and accountable owners (and escalating when alignment can’t be established).
  • •Translate decisions and resolved customer pain into scalable guidance with Support Readiness, follow issues through the Reliability value chain, and use modern analytics/AI-assisted tools to synthesize signals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, customer advocacy, product insights, product operations, product management, or related customer-/product-facing disciplines.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Fusion, Autodesk Inventor, or comparable professional CAD/CAM software to understand complex Design & Manufacturing workflows and product behavior.
  • •Strong analytical judgment and pattern-recognition skills to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information and recommend actions with incomplete or ambiguous data.
  • •Experience developing business cases or problem narratives connecting evidence, customer impact, business impact, and recommended action.
  • •Ability to independently structure and lead ambiguous, cross-functional work and influence Product Management and Engineering without direct authority.
