Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management with managing new and existing client relationships and driving revenue via new work and renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with business generation and senior management teams.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project/initiative/staffing status, highlighting issues, concerns, and conflicts as needed.
  • •Manage financials by tracking margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts, and ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring, and oversee planning and execution of infrastructure projects (including municipal jurisdiction coordination).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience managing client accounts and effectively managing teams of individual project managers and support staff.
  • •Strong knowledge of the construction project life cycle and ability to develop relationships with internal teams and clients.
