Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment, including installing operating systems, software applications, security tools, and updates.
  • •Validate hardware and software functionality and perform system testing and QA checks to ensure deployment readiness.
  • •Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment shipments; maintain inventory records; track asset movement from receipt through deployment and return; conduct inventory audits.
  • •Prepare deployment kits, coordinate shipping/receiving/return logistics, securely package equipment, and verify shipping documentation with chain-of-custody records.
  • •Follow staging procedures and security requirements, troubleshoot staging hardware/software/imaging issues, escalate unresolved issues, and support field teams with deployment readiness.

Key Requirements
