Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage UPS project development design and development.
  • •Provide new product platform support using GPL development strategy, including technical solution definition, investigation, and platform roadmap understanding.
  • •Lead debugging activities and technical issue analysis to resolve issues in project.
  • •Study new technology, implement improvements to enhance productivity, and continually focus on innovation for new technology and structures in the power-electronics industry.
  • •Establish technical guidelines to control product design quality and drive DFSS development and DFL culture; handle additional tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics, automatic control, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of experience in electrical design and system engineering roles for power electronic systems (e.g., UPS, PCS, energy storage, PV inverter, VFD).
  • •Proficiency with MRS/technical specification/cost analysis and Prolaunch tools/DEFMA.
  • •Familiarity with marketing requirements and product spec management.
  • •Knowledge of power conversion and control technology, plus industrialization and cost model management.
