Key Responsibilities

•Define the scope of your research in collaboration with project mentors and identify concrete hypotheses.
•Develop a methodology for AI-ready ERP implementations and create a framework to assess ERP readiness for AI adoption.
•Build a maturity model to measure AI-readiness within ERP environments and validate it with practical insights.
•Conduct practice-oriented case studies in a sector such as manufacturing or retail to illustrate AI-ERP integration.
•Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings to stakeholders to support real-world client challenges.

Key Requirements

•You are a final-year HBO student or WO-master student and available for an internship starting 1 September 2026.
•You have an interest in AI, ERP systems, process optimization and digital transformations.
•You are curious about how technology can improve business processes.
•You have affinity with developing methodologies, maturity models and/or executing case studies.
•You may have some experience with Microsoft technologies.
