Contract Reviewer (Construction & Contracting)

Support the Global Risk Management team by reviewing construction contracts for clients and suppliers, advising internal operational teams on contractual and litigation risks. Coordinate with insurance and professional liability brokers to confirm coverage, resolve contractual issues with stakeholders (including client legal teams when needed), and help streamline the risk management process. Improve risk management tools, systems, and compliance while adhering to applicable SOX control responsibilities.
