Job Summary

Lead the CAD International-DU team from the head office and provide specialist support and advisory to Country CAD teams across FAB geographies. Own CAD-International governance over processes, people, systems, and administration; oversee loan documentation reviews; consolidate reporting and drive corrective actions. Partner on CAD standard operating procedures, audit observation closure, RCSA control testing, and business continuity planning. Represent CAD as an SME in projects and lead training, competency development, and UAT/data migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly supervise and engage the CAD International-DU team to ensure day-to-day execution and governance of credit administration activities.
•Serve as a focal point between head office and Country CAD teams; prepare and review consolidated CAD-International reports and drive corrective actions.
•Oversee loan documentation via periodic reviews of data maintained in GLCMS and the Core Banking System.
•Support CAD standard operating procedure development with Group Operational Risk; evaluate effectiveness of CAD standards and associated checks and controls.
•Represent CAD-International as an SME in projects, collaborate on system enhancements, review CAD-related requirements/design documents, and conduct UAT and data migration support.
