Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring, including experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services.
  • •Full-cycle recruiting experience focused on sourcing high-quality candidates.
  • •Experience sourcing through social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • •Familiarity with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
