Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer and product discovery end-to-end, translating healthcare problems into valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions.
  • •Shape integration strategy so Hospital Information Systems (HIS) connect to the SAP Autonomous Suite through modular AI-powered offerings.
  • •Drive interoperability by modeling and designing HL7 FHIR resources and APIs for seamless integration with SAP portfolio offerings.
  • •Define and prioritize AI use cases for clinical and operational workflows, partnering with customers, partners, and engineering to deliver measurable value.
  • •Model and analyze healthcare data across administrative, financial, and clinical domains to generate product insights and guide decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience in healthcare IT with familiarity across EMR, HIS, and RCM systems.
  • •Hands-on experience applying healthcare data standards and interoperability in real product contexts, including HL7 FHIR.
  • •Working knowledge of healthcare terminology, clinical workflows, and regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  • •Ability to leverage AI in everyday workflows and ensure high-quality outputs through context design and system integration.
  • •German fluency at C1 level.
