Lead the delivery of project controls and performance enhancements for major infrastructure programmes, guiding client engagements from assessment through to implementation. You’ll manage workshops, drive multi-disciplinary delivery, support business development, and leverage AI/ML tooling to deliver actionable insights for executive leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges and work with clients to develop and implement our structured approach to discover, design and deliver a solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve the benefits and outcomes desired.
•Lead in the analysis, definition and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across various stages of the client engagement.
•Lead the delivery of workshops in a mix of virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives.
•Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually.
•Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring these to suit specific circumstances.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Project Controls (3-5 years) with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable.
•Experience on major capital projects/programmes in the PMO/controls & performance environment (schedule, cost, risk, change or performance reporting) in infrastructure sectors such as defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways or utilities.
•Experience writing and presenting reports and ability to engage with C-suite level, executive client teams.
•Computer literacy in Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams and specialist tools such as Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar.
•Experience in the Defence Sector is desirable.
