Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support the performance of automated warehouse equipment, including AMRs, ASRS, conveyors, and sortation systems.
  • •Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.
  • •Diagnose faults, complete root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment performance.
  • •Record maintenance activities accurately and keep engineering documentation up to date.
  • •Work with engineering and operations teams on continuous improvement, commissioning/process validation, and contractor/infrastructure support while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an automated warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
  • •Proven experience maintaining automated material handling equipment such as ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, or sortation systems.
  • •Qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • •Experience with fault finding, root cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles would be advantageous.
