Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product ownership for AI-powered intelligent agentic solutions, turning complex data, LLM/AI/ML capabilities, and partner ecosystems into scalable customer experiences for SMEs. Define AI product vision and roadmap, translate strategy into EPICs, features, and specifications, and coordinate engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Analyze competitive trends, manage scope/budget, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Define AI product vision and roadmap aligned to business objectives and user needs.
•Own and deliver LLM-powered and agentic AI experiences, including conversational interfaces, autonomous workflows, and decision-support systems.
•Translate product strategy into EPICs, features, and specifications with clear, actionable requirements.
•Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to develop and implement the service, ensuring quality and deadlines.
•Oversee product development to meet budget, scope, and project timelines; analyze market trends and communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct AI product management exposure.
•Robust understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Evals, and Guardrails, plus machine learning and related technologies.
•Ability to develop product strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box.
•Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle; advanced degree in CS/AI/ML is highly desirable.
